Evy Poumpouras

Evy Poumpouras is a former U.S. Secret Service Special Agent and Interrogator, NBC Law Enforcement Analyst, television host, best-selling author, and CEO of the training platform Beyond Bulletproof. She is a recipient of the Medal of Valor Award for her actions during the September 11 attacks at the World Trade Center.
Evy began her career with the New York City Police Department before joining the U.S. Secret Service, where she protected Presidents William J. Clinton and George W. Bush and served on the personal details of President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. In addition to protective operations, she conducted complex criminal investigations, worked undercover assignments, and traveled internationally on high-risk, high-stakes cases as a trained polygraph examiner and interrogator.
As NBC's Law Enforcement Analyst, Evy provides expert analysis on breaking news involving crime, national security, and criminal justice. Recently, Evy completed filming SECRETS DECLASSIFIED for Nutopia and History Channel Her television work also includes appearances on History's Greatest Mysteries, serving as a judge on Bravo's SPY GAMES, a hunter on CBS's THE HUNTED and a contributor to HLN's DR. DREW ON CALL. Evy is the author of Becoming Bulletproof: Protect Yourself, Read People, Influence Situations, and Live Fearlessly, an international best-seller published in multiple languages. Her writing has appeared in CNBC, MSNBC, Newsweek, Forbes, Fortune, The New Yorker, and Cosmopolitan. She is the CEO of Beyond Bulletproof, an online training platform focused on real-world strategies for leadership, communication, and conflict navigation. Evy also serves as the host and lead instructor for the BBC Maestro course The Art of Influence. A two-time TEDx speaker, Evy's talks and digital content have surpassed 50 million views worldwide. Recognized for her expertise in human behavior, negotiation, and decision-making under pressure, she is a sought-after keynote speaker for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and global organizations. Evy is a visiting lecturer in the MBA program at the Athens University of Economics and Business and spent a decade as an adjunct professor at the City University of New York teaching criminology and psychology.
She holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University, a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs.
